CHERRY COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg plus enough milk to make 1 c.
1 can pie filling
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter

Combine 2 cups flour, soda and 1 cup sugar; cut in 1/2 cup butter and egg plus milk. Spread in greased jelly roll pan. Spread one can pie filling over. For topping, combine 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, then 275 degrees for 10 more minutes.
