VEGETABLE PIZZA 
2 tubes crescent rolls
12 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dry Italian seasoning mix
Salt and pepper

SUGGESTED VEGETABLES:

Cauliflower
Broccoli
Shredded carrots
Cucumbers
Tomatoes, cut in pieces
Fresh mushrooms
Peppers

Lay out crescent rolls on 10x15 inch pan. Bake until golden brown. Cool. Mix cream cheese, seasonings and sour cream together. Spread on crust. Cut into small pieces. Cut up fresh vegetables and put on top. Top with grated cheese. Tastes best the same day you make it.
