COUNTRY SCALLOPED POTATOES AND HAM | |
8 potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 onion, chopped 2 c. water 1 lb. fully cooked ham, cubed 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 1 pkg. country style gravy mix Combine potatoes, onion and ham in a lightly greased crock-pot. In a small bowl, combine the gravy mix, soup and water. Whisk until combined. Pour gravy mixture over the potatoes. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours. Top with cheese during last 30 minutes. |
