PINEAPPLE COCONUT CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 tablespoons corn meal
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs slightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup melted butter
1- 3 1/2 oz can coconut milk
1- 15 oz can crushed pineapple well drained
unbaked pie crust

Mix in order given. Pour into unbaked pie crust. cook at 350°F for 40 minutes, cover with foil and continue to cook another 20 minutes.
