1 can shrimp, cut

Mix together:

1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. sugar

Cook like a custard stirring constantly. Pour over an 8 ounce package of cream cheese and whip. Add shrimp and 1 small onion, grated. Serve with chips.
