SWISS CHEESE CHICKEN | |
6 boneless chicken breasts 1 pkg. Swiss cheese slices 1 family size can cream of chicken soup 2 c. herb stuffing mix Pre-heat your oven to 425°F. Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Spray a 9x13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray and then put the chicken in to the dish. Salt and pepper the chicken. Put the slices of Swiss cheese on top of the chicken pieces and make sure that the cheese covers the chicken. Cover the top of the Swiss cheese with the cream of chicken soup and then spread the stuffing mix on top of the soup. Cover the dish with tinfoil and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes to 1 hour. The dish should be bubbly when removed from the oven. Serve hot with any vegetables of your choice. |
