1 lb. smoke sausage 2 lbs. crab meat 2 lbs. chicken breast, skinned (Last) 2 lbs. shrimp (jumbo), deveined 2 cans tomato paste (Last) 2 whole tomatoes (Last) Okra Onions Celery Corn Season to taste: Lawrey salt Garlic powder Onion powder Gumbo file Cajun seasoning Bay leaves Oregano Rosemary Thyme leaves Pure file Wash meat. Boil 1 gallon of water. Add crab meat and chicken with all seasoning. Add tomato paste, corn, celery, onions, smoke sausage. Turn fire down, simmer, add last tomatoes, shrimp and okra. Cook for 1 hour occasionally stirring. |
