ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1 (10 oz.) Lorna Doone Shortbread Cookies
1 stick butter

Combine and put in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Cool. 2 c. milk 1 qt. soft ice cream (butter brickle)

Spread over cookies mixture. Refrigerate until cold. Spread small carton of Cool Whip on top, then top with 5 crushed Heath Candy Bars.
