BARBECUE CHICKEN IN PAPER BAG 
1 broiler
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. beef steak sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. hot sauce
Mexican pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. cloves or garlic if you like
1 tsp. Tabasco
3/4 stick butter

Grease string and paper bag inside and out. Place chicken in bag, skin side down. Pour sauce on chicken, tie bag with greased string. Cook 2 hours at 350 degrees. Start in cold oven.
