CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS | |
1 chicken, cut up 3 cans of biscuits Salt Pepper Put chicken in large pot; cover with water. Heat water to boiling then turn done heat to low. Cook chicken until done, then remove chicken from water and debone. While water is still on low heat, drop biscuits into water; pinch biscuits up as you go to drop them. While the biscuits are turning into dumplings debone chicken and put meat in with dumplings. Cook until you feel the dumplings are ready. Stir often. Season to taste. |
