KLUB 
5 lbs. potatoes
2 tbsp. salt
Flour
Salt pork

Peel and grind potatoes in large mixing bowl. Add salt and enough flour to make a firm dough. Using water to wet hands, make dough into 4 inch balls. Place a cube of salt pork into center of each ball. Place balls in salted boiling water, which should cover the balls. Boil for one hour. Serve cut up with melted butter and seasoning on top. (Makes a great leftover if sliced and fried in butter.)
