FREEZER PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (8 inch) unbaked, ready graham cracker crusts

Spoon ice cream into large bowl. Allow to soften slightly. Stir peanut butter and vanilla into ice cream until mixed. Beat cream until stiff and fold into ice cream mixture. Pour into pie shells, cover with plastic tops, and freeze. Slice only moments before serving. Kids love this pie!
