GREEK PASTA SALAD 
1/2 c. favorite Italian dressing
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 oz. Muellers Ruffle Trio Pasta, cooked & rinsed with cold water
1 c. chopped, seeded cucumber
1/2 c. pitted ripe olives, halved
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice

In large bowl stir dressing and all other ingredients except pasta and cheese. Once stirred together add pasta and stir again. Then add cheese and stir again. Cover and chill 1 hour. Makes 4 to 6 servings. You can serve on spinach leaf.
