SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
Sausage
Cheese
Bread
5 eggs
2 c. milk

Layer slices of trimmed bread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Then a layer of drained fried sausage, 1 layer shredded cheese. Repeat pattern 1 more layer. Beat eggs and add the milk. Pour mixture over layers and refrigerate overnight. Next morning bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
