SCALLOPED POTATOES 
24 oz. pkg. hash browns, frozen
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Grease an 11 x 7 inch pan. Mix all ingredients but the cheese. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Stir and then add cheese and bake another 1/2 hour.
