CRAB MOOSE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 env. plain gelatin diluted in 1/2 c. cold water
1 can tomato soup
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
2 big cans crab meat

Heat soup, undiluted; add cream cheese. Take off burner; add mayonnaise and all ingredients. Put in mold of mayonnaise. Make a day ahead of time.
