GARLIC GRITS CASSEROLE 
1 c. instant grits
1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
2 sticks butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Cornflake crumbs

Add grits to 4 cups boiling water. Add cheese and butter. Mix eggs and milk together and add to mixture. Pour into greased 8 inch square baking dish. Add corn flake crumbs to top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

If you cannot find garlic cheese, substitute 6 ounces (1 1/2 cups) grated Cheddar cheese and add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt.
