WHITE COCONUT CREME CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1 c. coconut creme (Coco Lopez)
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream
3 eggs

Blend cake with electric mixer, then beat for 4 minutes. Bake in a well-greased and floured tube pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

Cream: 1 box powdered sugar

Add 2 tablespoons coconut creme and 1 tablespoon vanilla. Mix well and spread on cake. Decorate with angel flake coconut.
