EGG WHITE DROPS 
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar

Beat eggs, cream of tartar and salt until foamy, white and doubled in volume. Sprinkle in sugar, a little at a time (beating all the time) for 10 minutes. Put 1 inch apart on foiled pan and bake 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Can sprinkle with colored sugar.
