HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked and diced chicken
1/2 c. toasted almonds or 1 can water chestnuts
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Old English cheese (I use slices)
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix first 6 ingredients and place in casserole. (I usually double this and put in a 9x13 inch pan.) Over the top, sprinkle the grated cheese. And over the cheese, sprinkle the chips. Bake in 325 degree oven approximately 1/2 hour.
