PEACH PIE 
Peaches, cut in 1/2's or 1/4's
1 egg
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 unbaked pie shell

Arrange cut peaches in unbaked pie shell.

Bake 15 mins. at 400°F. Mix together egg, sugar and cornstarch. Add this mixture to the peaches. Continue baking pie for 45 mins. at 350°F.
