STUFFED CHICKEN BREAST 
Chicken breast, skinned and boned
Thin sliced ham, from deli
Thin sliced Swiss cheese, from deli
1 egg
Milk
Italian bread crumbs
Salt and pepper

Pound chicken breast (enough so they can be rolled). Put one slice ham and 1 slice cheese in center of each. Roll so ham and cheese are enclosed. Beat egg, add enough milk to make dip for chicken. Roll chicken in bread crumbs, then dip in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs again. Brown on both sides in hot oil, lower heat and continue cooking until chicken is done, turning often. Can also stuff with favorite stuffing recipe.
