CHORIATIKI SALATA 
4-5 tomatoes
1 med. cucumber
1 sm. green pepper
5 green onions
5 radishes
1/2 sm. head Romaine lettuce
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dill weed
15 marinated greek olives
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. chopped parsley, fresh
Pinch of dried oregano
1/4 lb. (1/2 c.) feta cheese, diced
Salt & pepper

Wedge tomatoes. Diagonally slice cucumber. Thinly slice green pepper. Slice onions and radishes. Combine tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion, radish, lettuce and dill in a large shallow bowl. Toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Combine everything else (except feta) and mix well. Pour over salad. Toss gently. Garnish with feta cheese. Makes 6-8 servings.
