SOUR CREAM ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 dozen flour tortillas
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can green chilies
1 can black olives
1 (8 oz.) sour cream

Brown ground beef and onions; drain. Add spices and beans. Divide among tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over tortillas. Top with cheese. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
