CHEESY BEEF AND POTATO BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 1/3 c. mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz spread
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. snipped parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ground beef, 1 cup of the potatoes, 1/2 jar cheeze spread, egg, milk, salt, pepper and onion. Spread mixture evenly in ungreased pie plate or 2 quart casserole dish. Bake 35 minutes; drain. Stir remaining cheese spread and parsley into remaining potatoes. Spread potato mixture over the beef mixture. Bake about 10 minutes. 4-6 servings.
