BEEF AND POTATO BAKE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 3/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 lg. potatoes, peel and slice thin Cook ground beef and onion in skillet over medium heat, until beef is brown and onions are transparent. Drain. Combine soup, milk, salt and pepper. Layer 1/2 each of potatoes, soup mixture and cooked ground beef and onions in ungreased baking dish. Repeat layers and cover. Preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are done. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat 5 minutes to melt cheese. |
