GOURMET POTATOES 
1 bag frozen hash browns
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. pepper

Soften potatoes in hot water. Soften chopped onion in melted butter. Combine butter, onion and cheese, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Blend in sour cream, salt and pepper. Fold in potatoes. (Mix in crock pot.)

Sprinkle with paprika cook 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cook 2 to 3 hours on high in crock pot.
