CORN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. pork sausage
2 cans whole kernel corn
2 tbsp. flour
1 2/3 can canned milk

Brown sausage over medium heat 8-10 minutes (save sausage drippings and set aside). Drain 2 cans corn. Place sausage and corn in 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish.

GRAVY:

2 tbsp. pork drippings
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Blend ingredients in skillet over low heat. Add 1 2/3 cups canned milk and cook 2-3 minutes stirring constantly. Pour gravy over casserole and top with 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Bake 350 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
