REAL B-B-Q BEEF 
2 lb. chuck roast, boneless
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
1 c. water

Place beef in large baking dish or casserole (may also be made in slow cooker). Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or for a little longer at 325 degrees. If sauce diminishes, add more catsup and water. Shred beef with a fork when ready to serve. Freezes well.
