EASY ARTICHOKE HEARTS | |
1 stick butter 4 pods garlic 4 eggs 1 c. cream 1 tsp. salt Dash pepper 2 cans artichoke hearts Melt butter; add garlic which has been put through press. Drain artichokes and chop. Add to butter and remove from heat. Mix together eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Add egg mixture to artichokes and butter. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour. May be frozen. |
