VEGETABLE - HAMBURGER SOUP | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger, browned and drained 3 c. water 3 carrots, chopped (1 c.) 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. diced potatoes 1 c. chopped onion 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. bottled brown bouquet sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up Mix all together. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer just until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. About 6 (1 1/2 cup) servings. |
