CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1/4 c. apple juice
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped

Heat oven to 375°F. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture. Reserve remaining butter. Place chicken in baking pan.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes.

Meanwhile, add apple juice, green onion and parsley to reserved melted butter (about 1/2 cup.) When chicken is golden brown, pour sauce over chicken. Continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes or until sauce is heated through. Serve with sauce spooned over.
