SKILLET LASAGNA 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 env. spaghetti seasoning mix
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
2 c. uncooked egg noodles
16 oz. can tomatoes, mashed
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil

Brown meat and onions in large skillet. Drain fat. Stir in tomato sauce and 1/2 envelope of spaghetti seasoning mix. Spread cottage cheese in a layer over the sauce. Add a layer of noodles. Combine rest of spaghetti mix with tomatoes and seasonings. Pour over noodles. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover to melt the cheese. Put stove setting on warm 15 to 20 minutes to absorb liquid. Serves 6.
