SHARON'S MEXICAN DISH 
Fry until brown 3 pounds ground chuck (hamburger) with 2 cloves diced garlic and 1 large chopped onion. Then add and stir in 3 tablespoons flour. Add 1 large can solid pack tomatoes (chopped), 1 can tomato paste, 1 can tomato sauce, 1 can diced green chilies. Stir in oregano, salt and 1 tablespoon sugar. Add a dash of hot sauce. (Tabasco or red pepper.) Simmer about 30 minutes to an hour or whenever.

GUACAMOLE DIP:

Can make your own if you wish.

1 lb. grated cheese, Jack, cheddar or both
1 pt. sour cream

Beat before serving. Shred head of lettuce and add finely sliced onion. Make dressing with:

2 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 or 3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. sugar

Refrigerate the dressing and add to lettuce just before serving.

SALSA:

1 (2 1/2 size) can tomatoes, drain & chop fine
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt to taste
1 dozen flour tortillas

In a shallow skillet use about 1/2" of hot oil and fry tortillas until brown on each side. Put them in the oven to keep warm until ready to serve.

Put meat sauce on tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, drizzle guacamole on cheese. Drizzle sour cream on top. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce and dressing. Pour salsa over. Serve on warm place (if possible).
