20 oz. pkg. Oreos
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
2 sm. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
16 oz. Cool Whip

Grind the Oreos until they resemble dirt and set them aside.

Bowl 1: Combine powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter. Mixed until well blended.

Bowl 2: Combine instant vanilla pudding, milk and Cool Whip.

Mix until blended, then combine the two bowls together. In a flower pot, place 1/2 of the Oreo mixture, the pudding mixture and top with remaining Oreo mixture. For an added touch you may also top with candy gummy worms and/or a plastic flower.
