SALMON FILLETS 
1 lb. salmon
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. Romano or Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 lg. lemon
Paprika to sprinkle

Blend all ingredients except for the fish. Squeeze lemon juice over the fish and into the blended ingredients. Marinate 1 or 2 hours, then bake for 12 to 15 minutes and broil 5 to 8 minutes until golden brown. Serve immediately.
