RUTH'S PHONEY RICE PUDDING | |
6 c. crushed pineapple 2 1/4 c. water 12 env. Sweet 'n Low 3 c. gelatin 3/4 c. water 4 c. lg. curd cream style cottage cheese 3 tsp. vanilla Combine pineapple and 2 1/4 cups water and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup water, add to pineapple. Stir in Sweet 'n Low and vanilla. Fold in cottage cheese. Place in mold and chill. |
