CRANBERRY SALAD 
1/2 lb. cranberries
1 orange
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Grind or chop cranberries in the blender with 1/2 of the orange rind and orange pulp. Place Jello in bowl and add 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Stir until all dissolved. Add sugar and stir. Add the ground cranberries, orange pulp, apples and nuts. Pour into a mold. Chill. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 6.
