GAZPACHO COLD SOUP 
3 tomatoes, peeled & chopped

Place in food processor for 3 seconds. Pour into 2 quart container (not metal).

Chop and process separately, the following ingredients and add to the tomatoes:

1 clove garlic
1/2 sm. sweet onion
1 stalk celery
1/2 sm. green pepper, seeded
1 sm. cucumber, peeled

Then add:

1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
2 tbsp. light virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 - 1 1/2 c. V-8 vegetable juice
Dash Tabasco

Stir, chill and serve with croutons as a garnish.
