GAZPACHO (COLD SOUP) 
3 tomatoes, peeled
1 green pepper
1/2 sm. onion

Blend (in blender) until chunky.

1 cucumber, peeled
2 c. Snappey Tom or spicey V-8

Blend slightly until mixture is smooth but NOT pureed. Salt may be added as needed. Makes 3-4 cups.
