LOLLIPOP CHICKEN | |
3 lbs. chicken wings (drummettes) 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. rice vinegar 2 tbsp. catsup 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. chicken stock (1 cube dissolved in 1/4 c. water) Sprinkle drummettes with garlic salt and leave for 1/2 hour. Roll in cornstarch; dip in beaten eggs and fry until brown. Dip each piece in sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Baste. |
