CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 c. uncooked rice
2 c. clear chicken broth
4 pieces chicken
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Paprika

Spread rice on bottom of buttered 9 1/2 inch square pan, add chicken broth. Place pieces of unseasoned chicken on top; sprinkle with mushroom soup; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 325 degrees. Cover and bake 30 minutes longer. (4 servings.)
