1 lb. ground beef 1 can garbanzo beans 2 sm. pkgs. raisins 2 carrot sticks, cut up & diced 1 c. frozen peas 1 lg. potato, cut up & diced 1 sm. onion 1 pkg. dinner roll, French roll 1 tbsp. tomato paste Red pepper Saute onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Add meat and brown. Add potato, garbanzos and carrot. After a few minutes, add frozen peas and raisins. Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and salt to taste. Serve hot with French rolls. Add red pepper for color. Not hot kind. |
