SHEPHERD'S PIE | |
1 lb. ground meat 1 can peas 1 can creamed corn 6 potatoes 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. milk 1/4 tsp. salt Brown meat with salt. Boil potatoes until soft. Mash potatoes with butter and milk. In rectangular baking dish, layer ingredients in this order: meat on bottom, next peas, layer corn on top of peas, layer mashed potatoes on top of corn. Bake in 350 degree oven 30 to 45 minutes. |
