VANILLA CRISPS DIET DESSERT | |
2/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. shortening 2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour Each cookie container 48 calories. Cream first 3 ingredients. Add vanilla and 1 teaspoon salt. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in flour; mix well. Drop from teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with floured glass. Bake at 375 degrees until edges are delicately browned, 8-10 minutes. Remove immediately from cookie sheet to rack. Makes 6 dozen. |
