THIMBLE COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
2 2/3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Roll into small balls. Press with a thimble and fill with jam. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Watch carefully so they don't burn. (Grease cookie sheet lightly.)
