PEACHES AND CREAM | |
3/4 c. flour 3 tbsp. butter 1 egg 1-3 oz. vanilla pudding (not instant) 1 can peaches 1 pkg. 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature) 3 tbsp. peach juice 1/2 c. sugar Mix together, flour, butter, egg, and pudding. Pour into a greased pie plate. Place the peaches in a circle affect on top. (Reserve Juice.) Beat cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and pour over top of peaches, leaving it away from the sides of the pie plate. Bake at 350°FF. for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. |
