GOB CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
Amount of water on box
1/4 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs
1 box instant chocolate pudding

Put all ingredients in bowl and beat at medium speed. Spread equal amounts in 2 greased and lightly floured jelly roll pans. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool. Spread whipped cream icing on one cake and top with the other. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.

WHIPPED CREAM ICING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. canned milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat butter, sugar and Crisco at high speed until glossy. Add milk gradually. Add vanilla. Beat at high speed 7-10 minutes.
