YUM YUM COOKIES 
Cream:

1 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar

Add:

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine and add:

1 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Add and mix well:

2 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. shredded coconut

Drop by tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes. Yield about 4 dozen.
