TOMATO PUDDING 
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
1 lg. can tomato puree
3 c. bread cubed, in small squares
1/2 c. melted butter

Place bread in bottom of casserole and pour melted butter over bread. Cook sugar and tomatoes about 4 minutes. Pour over buttered cubes and stir. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
